Graham Taylor gave a beautifully illustrated lecture on his 5 month solo horse trek through 1600km of central Mongolia, the Land of the Blue Skies. The challenges of managing two horses, loneliness, intense summer heat and freezing temperatures with the onset of winter were alleviated by the overwhelming friendliness and hospitality of the local people. Graham received a unique insight into the lifestyle of the nomadic Mongolians and he has further expanded his knowledge of Mongolia's geography, history and religion now that he lives in Ulaanbaatar.
