Kurt Diemberger is the only person alive today to have made first ascents of two of the world's 8,000 metre mountains. The legendary mountaineer spoke of his climbing career and his 30-year association with K2. Kurt has long been recognised as a mountain photographer and film maker and he has shared an Emmy award for his camerawork. His award winning film of K2 followed the lecture.
