A former honorary warden for the Ghana Game Department and National Park, Anna Merz set up the first sanctuary created for the conservation of rhinos, in Kenya. She gave a moving presentation on her remarkable experiences with rhino and other game at the Lewa Downs conservancy. The BBC Wildlife film on the conservancy followed her lecture.
