To Join and Methods of Payment

Membership runs 1st April - 31st March each year.  Please fill in the form and then send it to us with your chosen method of payment.  If you pay by tansfer you must email us a copy of the confirmation slip and make reference that you submitted an online form.  If you pay by cheque please print out the form and mail it with your cheque.

  Autopay  -  where the RGS HK is authorised to debit membership dues from members bank account once a year has a  $20 discount   Please download form, fill in your bank details, sign the form and post the original to the RGS along with the membership form.  Do not put in a time limit or date for debit.

We normally use e-mail for all dissemination of information to members, as this allows more timely receipt of information and saves the Society costs. We therefore ask that you keep the Society informed of any changes, in order to receive communications from the Society. The Society may agree in writing on alternative arrangements with particular members at their request in special circumstances, but otherwise by applying for or renewing membership you agree that all notices and other communications will be sent or issued by the Society by e-mail, and will be treated for all purposes as if sent to you by post or delivered to you personally, and for these purposes the inadvertent omission of your address from our mailing list at any time or the non-delivery for any reason of any notice or communication so sent shall not invalidate it. Our website may also be used to keep abreast of the Society’s events and other affairs.
