Exploration and Photography At The National Geographic
The veteran explorer/photographer/writer at the National Geographic described the evolution of exploration and photography since the Society and its magazine was founded in 1888. Some of the early expeditions such as those to the Poles and Mount Everest were featured as well as competing work by the early explorers to China. Wong How Man led six expeditions for National Geographic during his five years with the organisation and he was credited with finding a new source of the Yangtze after one 10month expedition.
